Green smoothie

You need:

  • 1 apple sliced and cut in pieces
  • 1 pear sliced and cut in pieces
  • 1 hand full of kale
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 hand full of spinach or purslane
  • 1 small piece of ginger

Now what?

Put in your blender and blend untill smooth. Enjoy!
