You need:
- 1 apple sliced and cut in pieces
- 1 pear sliced and cut in pieces
- 1 hand full of kale
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup of water
- 1 hand full of spinach or purslane
- 1 small piece of ginger
