Well at home I cook mostly plantbased meals. I choose organic and mostly local ingredients. I love to get to know local producers and visit organic markets to buy my groceries. Number one on my grocery list is vegetables, followed by fruit, whole grains, nuts & seeds and occasionally some cheese.
When traveling near the sea, I do eat fresh fish from time to time. I love to discover the local dishes. When in Greece how can you be there without having some tzatziki or octopus. Or when in Vietnam, their delicious nems…
