I love pure food & simple living that’s where the title of the website comes from. I love love to cook and love to inspire others to cook yummie, simple, healthy meals. My kitchen is mostly wheat free, dairy free and free from artificial stuff (aka industrial food) and refined sugar. I don’t like rules so I’ll not say what you cannot do or must do. It’s all about having fun and making the right choices most of the time but when you do want to go for that ice cream, cone of Belgian fries or gigantic piece of chocolate pie, make sure you enjoy it!
I am aware that eating healthy is not enough to be the vibrant, happy person you want to be. Career, social life, physical acitivity, stress management, being in nature and doing enough of what you love are crucial components to reach that goal.
Yoga has been my loyal friend on my bumpy path. The feeling of coming back to the moment, to feeling, to being who I really am and making me more flexible, calmer and stronger along the way, it’s such a wonderful free tool, accessible for everybody.
In 2018 I followed a yoga teacher training in Belgium with Yogalife. First of all for myself, but little by little I started teaching which I never imagined possible, being this shy person… Yoga gave me also this gift, I get into this beautiful flow and love to share it with others, listening to their needs and adapt where necessary.
