You need:
- 500 gr oats (whole rolled) – or glutenfree oats for a GF granola
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 2 tsp mix for spiced cookies
- 2 tsp cinammon
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ cup almonds
- ½ cup sunflower seeds
- ½ cup pecan nuts (or 1/2 cup walnuts)
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup cocos chips
- 1 touch of salt
Now what?
Preheat the oven on 150 degrees. Cut the nuts in pieces. Mix everything (except coconut flakes & raisins) in a large bowl. Spread on a baking sheet and put it in the oven. Bake app. 25 to 30 minutes in the oven en turn regularly. Add the cocos chips a couple of minutes before the end of the baking time. And the raisins when the granola has cooled.
