- 1 can chickpeas
- juice ½ lemon or more to taste
- 1 tbsp tahin
- 1 small garlic clove
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- cilantro to taste (or/and parsley)
- pepper & salt to taste
- paprika powder & a touch of olive oil to decorate
Mix all the ingredients in a blender until smooth, taste and add more lemon juice or/and olive oil as wanted.
Try adding turmeric, curry & paprika powder for different tastes and colors.
